ESE ES-491VITC Time Code Reader

The ES-491 is designed to read and display SMPTE or EBU Vertical Interval Time Code (EBU is selectable via an internal DIP switch). Hours, Minutes, Seconds and Frames are displayed. Decimal points on the display indicate the Video Field and Drop-Frame mode. Video may be looped-thru the unit to another device.
