2K Video Support
The MR7 is ikan?s first monitor to support the 2048 X 1080 resolution. Referred to as 2K this feature is an essential safeguard in this rapid changing industry with more and more cameras moving towards 2K resolution.

Advanced Software Features
The MR7?s built-in H.264 recorder has an ?auto start/ stop? feature that syncs the time code from your camera to the monitor?s recording files. As soon as you press record on your camera the monitor starts recording and as soon as you press stop the monitor stops as well. This allows you to record on the camera and monitor simultaneously. This will give you a duplicate copy of what has been shot, which can be used for many purposes like proxy editing or uploading to the web.

HDMI Input to SDI Output Conversion
Go the distance with the MR7! Capable of converting an HDMI input to SDI output the video professional can use HDMI to connect from camera to the MR7 and output an SDI signal from the MR7 up to 300 feet.
