Model HK-112 Audio Pad allows for finer steps of attenuation, 2.0 dB steps from 10 dB to 40 dB. This unit can be ordered at 600/600 ohm, 150/150 ohm and 600/150 ohm impedances.* The low end attenuation can be special ordered to meet your requirements.
