The HM-3 is an ultra-light miniature cardioid polar patternheadworn condenser microphone, specifically designed to provideclose-miked vocal pick-up in applications for which handsfreeoperation is required. Nady pioneered the first headwornmics on the market almost 20 years ago with the introductionof the original Headmic™.
The HM-3 features an adjustableboom that can be set at any anglerequired by the user. The head wornsupport system is extremely light andcomfortable, and is designed to be visuallyunobtrusive while worn. Its ear restsand temple provide maximum stabilityduring use, even while moving, or shakingthe head. The durable cable assemblyand internal construction aredesigned to minimize handling noisefrom contact and movement.
The HM-3 incorporates state-of-thearttechnology in an ultra-light housingthat can be worn for many hours at atime in total comfort. The advanceddesign offers improved reliability underadverse operating conditions and stableperformance.
The HM-3 is designed to operatewith wireless microphone transmitters,such as the NadyWLT-14, WLT-15,UB-10, or UB-16. The HM-3requires no troublesome batteries and isphantom powered from the input connectorto the transmitter.
